Learn moreThese are different kinds of support. Professional counseling addresses clinical and wellness needs. Christian spiritual care offers prayer, encouragement, pastoral guidance, and mentoring. A person may benefit from one or both.
Community Bridge helps students, individuals, and families connect with qualified professional counseling and wellness resources. When funding permits, assistance may also be available to help reduce the cost of counseling.
Find Counseling SupportFor those who desire faith-based support, Community Bridge can connect individuals with prayer, Christian encouragement, pastoral guidance, mentoring, and trusted ministry relationships.
Request Spiritual SupportThese services may complement one another, but professional counseling and spiritual care are not the same service.
Students can come to Community Bridge for counseling access, mentoring, digital help, and college or career resources. Scholarships, small grants, and emergency student assistance are available when funding permits. We also refer students to campus and community programs.
Columbia-area colleges and universities, including relationships in the broader university community, fit naturally here. Community Bridge does not imply an official campus affiliation unless a partnership is confirmed and published.
A job application, a benefits portal, or a school form can stop someone who otherwise qualifies for help. Community Bridge helps people create and use email, complete applications, build a resume, search for work, upload documents, and navigate the websites that now stand between them and opportunity.
The same commitment extends to qualifying ministries, small nonprofits, community initiatives, and underserved groups. When lack of technology keeps an organization from reaching people, Community Bridge may help with a simple website, a digital profile, an online form, a resource page, or a connection to the right technology help. This is community support, not a commercial design service.
