Digital Access

Technology can become a barrier to opportunity. Community Bridge helps people use the digital systems that jobs, benefits, schools, and appointments now require — and may help qualifying ministries and community groups establish a basic digital presence when lack of technology is keeping them from serving people.

Who this program is for

  • People who need email, online applications, or a benefits portal
  • Job seekers who need a resume or help searching online
  • Anyone stuck on a form, upload, or appointment system
  • Qualifying ministries, small nonprofits, community initiatives, and underserved groups blocked by a missing digital presence

What help may be available

  • Creating and using email
  • Online applications and benefits portals
  • Resumes and job searches
  • Appointment systems and online forms
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Basic digital literacy
  • Help navigating online resources
  • Simple websites, digital profiles, resource pages, online forms, and basic digital setup for qualifying community organizations
  • Connections to appropriate technology help

How the process works

  1. Step 1

Tell us what is blocking you

A missing email, a form that will not submit, or an organization with nowhere online to send people.

  2. Step 2

We sort the practical next step

We focus on the smallest digital step that unlocks the opportunity in front of you.

  3. Step 3

We sit with you through it

When a volunteer or partner is available, we help you complete the task or connect you with the right technical help.

What Community Bridge does

  • Patient, practical help with everyday digital tasks
  • Support for qualifying community organizations that cannot reach people without a basic online presence
  • Connections to technology partners when a need is beyond volunteer help

Important limits

  • This is not a commercial web-design agency.
  • Organizational digital help is for qualifying ministries, small nonprofits, community initiatives, and underserved groups when lack of technology is preventing them from reaching people or accessing opportunity.
  • We do not promise a custom website, hosting, or ongoing technical support unless a specific partnership covers it.
